Shipping Policy: We will be pleased to try to accommodate your carrier of choice. We currently warehouse products in several locations throughout the USA. We are able to use most shipping carriers. Damages in shipment: Product sometimes can be damaged during transportation. The carrier is liable for all damages only when indicated on the bill of lading by the receiver. Please inspect all shipments received. Please note damage upon receipt, keep shipping package and inner contents. Request carrier to inspect.

Returns: Call our customer care advocates for return authorization numbers. We cannot accept return packages without and RA number assigned and marked on the package. Restocking charges may apply.
